Also, please teach all employees that inserting three times and then swiping is standard protocol for a chip card that will not read. A manager at self-checkout treated me like a thief because she did not understand that the machine issues a "declined" message while doing the 3x chip insert. She did not apologize to me when the register accepted my card and issued my receipt after swiping.
